21st Amendment Brewery Eyeing Northeast Distribution

Ain’t Twitter grand? This morning, I was happy to see this tweet come from the 21st Amendment Brewery’s account.

On the train headed to Washington DC for more distributor meetings. Everyone in the Northeast, you will have 21A beer soon in Cans & draft!

21st Amendment is one of those breweries I’ve wanted to sample for years, but haven’t been able to find anywhere on this coast. Getting distribution certainly isn’t cheap or easy for small breweries, and I’m glad to see that 21st Amendment is able to work with distributors in the northeast (and northwest) to get their beer to the masses.

Located at 563 2nd Street in San Francisco, the 21st Amendment Brewery (and restaurant, and bar) was founded by Nico Freccia and Shaun O’Sullivan. The 21st Amendment Brewery “offers a variety of award winning house made brews and American grilled cuisine” and were the first microbrewery in the bay area to stick their beer in cans. Two of 21st’s many brews, “Hell or High Watermelon Wheat Beer” and “Brew Free! or Die IPA“, are canned and sold at better beer stores in the San Francisco area – hopefully, these are the brews we’ll see soon in our neck of the woods.
